Effective 12th February 2026, the Contractor House Rules briefing no longer requires booking or attending a live online session. The briefing has been fully replaced with an online assessment.
Contractors and vendors must review all briefing materials (slides, posters, videos, etc.) provided in the ePTW system and then complete the online assessment based on those materials. Passing the assessment is now the mandatory requirement in place of the previous live briefing session.
Because your company registration still needs to be checked and approved by the Admin system. Until the Admin system verifies your company details and documents, your account cannot be activated for permit applications.
Yes, you can. Go to Company Details → Company Category → Click the pencil icon → Select the new category → Save & Continue. After that, you must redo the online assessment and wait for Admin to re‑verify your account.
All contractors and vendors who have registered before 11th February 2026 may continue to apply permit as usual until your account expires.
